Scott Reed was born in Burlington, North Carolina and raised on the Outer Banks.  A graduate of East Carolina University, he developed an early interest in real estate and was motivated to share in his clients’ vision to find the property of their dreams.

He started working in commercial real estate in 1999 where he was highly involved in the major commercial real estate expansion of a beauty supply company. He ventured into residential real estate in 2006, specializing in finding beautiful homes in great neighborhoods throughout metro Charlotte area.

Scott has made a home in Charlotte, a city where he feels safe to raise his family. Describing Charlotte as the big city with a homey feel, Scott likes its accessibility to the lake, beach and the mountains.

In his spare time, Scott likes to spend time with his wife and daughter. The family enjoys trips to the beach and boating on Lake Norman. They also like to spend time at the Sardis Swim and Racquet Club as well as dining out. Their favorite place to eat is the Red Rocks Restaurant, where Scott’s daughter Emily, has a dish named after her called the Emily Dare Grill Cheese and Fruit Cup.
